A non-critical sign is not critical to the health, safety, welfare, of the tenants. Eliminate non-relevant signs and notices. Find a common location for remaining signs—see Bulletin Board.

Easels are for temporary display and should give way to more permanent, well thought-out solutions such as Bulletin Boards, or sign systems with changeable message holders.
