Think concierge, not security

An information desk has many advantages. When occupied by a concierge, it can relieve your security staff from informational questions and allow them to focus on security. And by locating a printed and interactive directory here, it will be an obvious starting point for visitors who need help.

Digital Information

New kiosks can not only update the design of your lobby, but can also create a dialog with the agencies in your building. Work with them to figure out how to consolidate information into one (or a limited number) of multi-purpose stations. Of course, Agency kiosks should never fight for attention with each other. See—Kiosk.
