Why do I need signs + how do I get started?

Signage design and implementation is a highly specialized field, and trying to determine how to improve the signs in your building can be a daunting task. In some cases, simple changes can be made at low or no cost. However, in some cases, high-impact solutions are required – along with the services of a professional designer.

Building managers need to be sensitive to the fact that many different architectural styles exist from building to building. Whenever possible, the sign program should compliment the architectural environment it will be placed in. Your Sign Biz Sign Design Professional can assist you to determine the best sign design for your building through choice of color, materials, and detailing.

Every building is unique, so these guidelines cannot address every variable in each of your buildings. Instead, these guidelines are general in nature; they give you the background information you need to start formulating a signage implementation strategy for your own building. They are not a fabrication document that can be handed to a contractor for implementation.
