Building
managers are serving their tenants by displaying
community signs, but there is currently no effective
protocol for evaluating the importance of messages or
for displaying them in a consistent manner. In most
lobbies, messages appear on easels, bulletin boards and
individual postings. Some signs are not critical and
need to be removed. Others should be reviewed for the
value of their message and located in an appropriate
place.
