Sign Program Overview

The emphasis of a unified signage program is to upgrade and standardize identification, directional and educational signage at the building approach and in the main lobby. Extending the program to the rest of the building is encouraged, and important. This can be implemented as budget allows.

Integrated with “brand components” such as organization or facility logos and information kiosks, the signage begins with Basic Design elements, modular signs standardized through typography, symbols, and other graphic characteristics.

You can modify the color, material choice or detailing of the Basic Design elements to complement your building’s architecture and design. Basic + Design signs use standard components from the Basic Design system, customized with special finishes and/or detailing. Custom Design signs are probably the best solution for historic buildings, class A buildings, or a new construction.
